Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States (Domestic Orders Only)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when applicable.


Bulk & Commercial Orders

Some large or heavy items may require freight shipping.

If your order qualifies for freight delivery, our team will contact you with shipping details before fulfillment.

Most products are sold by the case and may ship directly from supplier warehouses.
