If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt purchasing, you may submit your documentation for verification.


How to Submit Your Tax Exemption Certificate

To request tax-exempt status, please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate or resale certificate to:

• Business or organization name
• Contact name
• State of registration
• A copy of your valid tax exemption or resale certificate

Once your documentation has been reviewed and approved, your account will be updated to allow tax-exempt purchasing where applicable.


Processing Time

Most tax exemption requests are reviewed within 2–4 business days.

You will be notified once your tax-exempt status has been verified and applied to your account.


Important Information

Taxes may still appear at checkout until your exemption certificate has been reviewed and approved.

Ware Way Supplies reserves the right to verify exemption certificates and may request additional documentation if necessary.
