Refund policy

At Ware Way Supplies, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality commercial products. Due to the nature of our business and bulk supply model, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in resellable condition

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Chemicals or cleaning liquids
  • Hygiene and restroom products (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, wipes)
  • Special order or bulk/pallet orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: info@warewaysupplies.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Sending a replacement, or
  • Issuing a refund (if replacement is not available)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping

⚠️ Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a:

  • 15% restocking fee

This helps cover handling and processing costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed
  • Once fulfilled or shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Commercial & Bulk Orders

Due to the nature of the B2B supply:

  • Bulk, pallet, and commercial orders are final sale
  • Exceptions may be made only in cases of:
    • Damaged goods
    • Fulfillment errors
